Duffy Role Model Assembly Term 1

We were so lucky today to have our special Duffy Assembly.

Our special visitor was Brock Ashby from X Factor band Moorhouse!!

His favourite Duffy book from he was at school was...Captain Underpants!!

He told us 3 things about reading...reading makes you smart, reading helps you dream big, and reading is lots of fun!!

Brock helped Mrs Walkinshaw give each class their special box of Duffy books.

Then he tried to sit up as nicely as the Kowhai and Pohutukawa Kids!!

                                                     Now for a funny one!

We had so much fun and we love our Duffy books too!
